WHAT I LIKE Music: good music and some cheesy stuff too. The Internet and the computer, even if I am confused by it half of the time. Feeling at peace with myself. Sunny winter days. The city. Concrete. Keeping a horizontal position (I mean sleeping/lying on the bed). Alcoholics including beer, wine, vodka, grappa, whisky, cocktails in general. Mineral water too. Shopping for cds, books and dvds. Watching movies starring Leland Orser, Johnathan Rhys Meyers, Clive Owen, Jude Law. Drooling over Willem Dafoe. Writing fan fiction and playing RPGs that involve Dr Lucien Dubenko of ER. Collecting everything that is digitally collectible regarding Dubenko/Leland Orser. Driving my car and singing along with the music played by my car stereo. Long summer days at the seaside, in Versilia or in Sardegna. Milk chocolate. WHAT I LOVE/REVERE Harold Pinter. Billie Holiday. Muhammad Ali. Miles Davis. A.M. Homes. Leland Orser. WHO AND WHAT I HATE Mika, the ridiculous singer. Stupid and dreadful music. Stupid TV. Stupid people. Most Italian politicians. The fake separation of church and state in Italy. Superstitions. The countryside, the mountains, butterflies, scorpions, moths, crickets, grasshoppers, flies, beetles, spiders, bees and wasps. Walking. Waking up in the morninig. Spicy cuisine. Boiled eggs, boiled cabbage, boiled fennels (UGH). Getting my blood test done. |
